To use the current location feature, please ensure that location settings on both your smartphone and browser are turned ON.
For instructions on how to enable location services, please refer to the steps below.
◆For iPhone Users
Two settings are required for iPhone.
- ①Open the "Settings" app → go to "Privacy & Security" → "Location Services" → turn it "On" and set "Safari Websites" While Using the App.
- ②Open the "Settings" app → go to "Safari" → "Location" → set to "Allow" or "Ask."
◆For Android Users
- ①Device Settings
- Swipe down from the top of the screen.
- Press and hold the [Location] icon.
※If you can't find the [Location] icon, try the following steps.- Tap the edit icon or settings icon.
- Drag the [Location] icon into Quick Settings.
- ②Browser App Settings
- Swipe down from the top of the screen.
- Press and hold the [Location] icon. If you can't find the [Location] icon, try the following
Tap the edit icon or settings icon. Then, drag the [Location] icon into Quick Settings. - Tap [App's Location Permissions].
- Under "Always Allow," "Allow Only While Using the App," or "Ask Every Time," choose which apps can use your smartphone's location.
- Tap the app and select the desired location access option.
